If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any item purchased from Pink Pixie, simply return it within 14 days of receipt in its original condition by Recorded Delivery. Refunds consist of the cost of the item. Refunds do not cover postage costs. For this policy to apply, items MUST be received back within 14 days of receipt and in their original condition. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: We do not offer an exchange service in order to keep stock levels accurate. When your item is returned we will refund the purchase price of the item, leaving you free to re-purchase another item or size if you wish to in the future.

For this policy to apply, items MUST be received back within 14 days of receipt and in their original unworn condition sent using a recorded delivery service.

When returning items please be sure to include details of the transaction. eg: MUST include at least your name and address!

DAMAGES: in the rare event of an item being received damaged, please contact us immediately for an exchange/refund. Please note that all items are thoroughly quality checked prior to despatch.  We cannot accept back worn items that have been damaged by the buyer.
