If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any item purchased from The Big Toy Barn, simply return it within 14 days of receipt in its original condition by Recorded Delivery. Refunds consist of the cost of the item. Refunds do not cover postage costs. For this policy to apply, items MUST be received back within 14 days of receipt and in their original condition. PLEASE NOTE: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Items may be exchanged for an alternative of the same or less value, unless an additional payment is made to cover the difference. Postage costs are not covered and you will need to submit a second payment to cover the shipping of the exchange item. Exchanges are actioned within 1-2 days of item receipt.

When returning items please include a copy of the printable returns form: RETURNS FORM A hand written copy will be sufficient should a printer not be available!

DAMAGES: In the rare event of an item being received damaged, please contact us immediately for an exchange/refund. Please note that all items are thoroughly quality checked prior to despatch.  We cannot accept back worn items that have been damaged by the buyer.
